
Simply bring your items to us on site, or book a home appointment. We will appraise your item/items for Auction, and once appraised, agreed and a reserve discussed upon mutual agreement it will be entered into Auction. We will require a photo I.D to confirm identity and prevent fraud..
We will issue a receipt enter the items onto our database and then issue an Email confirmation.
We charge 10% Commission and a £5 lotting fee. The lotting fee covers Insurance, Photographs, Research, Storage and payment of the staff.
Example: Item sells at hammer price for £100, -10% (£10) and £5 Lotting fee you get £85. Other auctions will charge 15-25% plus a lotting fee depending on the auction.
Withdrawal Fees - Once lotted a withdrawal fee of 20% of the lower Estimate will be charged before the item is released..
Unsold items will be entered into the next appropriate auction at a 20% reduction of the estimate or Reserve.
If this is not suitable you should contact us to arrange collection and collect it within 7 days of the end of the auction.
If the item has not sold (2 Auctions Minimum) or been collected we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
Reserve Minimum is £50. This means we will not sell it for less than the reserve. I.E £50 Reserve = £50 hammer price.
Estimates - The Estimate is a Guide price as Auctioneers we will use a 10-20% Discretion on the Lower Estimate.
I.E £50-£80 Guide bidding gets to £40 we will sell it as it is 20% less than the Lower Estimate. We may on your discretion sell lower than that. I.E "I Just want it Gone".
Once we have collected full payment we will pay you as swiftly as possible 14-21 Days Post Auction or earlier. Payment will be made by Bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.
